Project Description / Context

    Building Construction Project II course contritutes the basis of the course. The s tudents will first 
develop architectural details of the project they designed in Building Construction Project I course. Then they will make 
projects take-offs based on the project and the details and will develop initial cost estimations and work schedule.
- To teach how to develop architectural detail drawings which are necessary for the building construction project. 
- To teach construction project management terminology. 
- To define the role of the architect in construction process. 
- To introduce construction planning, scheduling and estimating. 
- To provide interaction with construction process communication andmonitoring tools. 
- To inform about the legislation during the construction process.
